The arraignment scheduled for police-shooting victim David James Elliott has been cancelled.
It is the third hearing in a row to be cancelled.

According to the Court’s register, the hearing was scheduled for June 5 at 9 A.M. at the Grand Forks County Courthouse but was cancelled.
Elliott was un-armed when he was shot on February 28, 2015, by a UND police officer in the parking lot of Altru hospital in front of the Emergency Room.
